1. Scope
This policy governs how disputes related to orders, payments, service delivery, and customer communications are handled. It applies to all users of EliteDigitalMart.online and is binding without exception.
2. Our Role
EliteDigitalMart.online is not a service provider, vendor, manufacturer, or seller. We do not own or control any service or digital product displayed on this platform. We act strictly as a coordination platform between users and independent resellers.
3. Resolution Window
All disputes must be raised within 72 hours of order fulfillment.
Beyond this window, no complaint will be accepted under any circumstances.
Failure to raise a complaint within the timeline constitutes full and final acceptance of the order.
4. Accepted Dispute Types
We only review the following:
- Non-receipt of services within 72 hours (with valid proof)
- Inaccessibility of provided credentials (with 1 attempt at verification)
We do not process complaints based on:
- Reseller delays or poor quality
- Platform bans, suspension, or usage violations
- Expectation mismatch, performance dissatisfaction, or subjective complaints
5. Resolution Channels
All disputes must be raised via the following ONLY:

We do not respond to:
- Phone calls
- Social media tagging or public defamation
- Third-party interventions, police reports, or legal notices
6. Arbitration & Waiver of Court Access
By using this website, you agree that:
- All disputes shall be resolved by internal mediation only.
- You waive the right to approach any authority, court, government body, or police.
- No FIR, consumer court complaint, RTI, or social grievance will be entertained or valid.
7. Damages & Liabilities
If your complaint or escalation causes:
- Platform suspension
- Payment gateway disruption
- Brand defamation
- Governmental notice or legal complication
Then you agree to pay EliteDigitalMart.online ₹10,00,000 (Ten Lakh INR) as a minimum liquidated penalty, regardless of outcome. This penalty is enforceable under:
- Section 73 & 74 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872
- Section 426 BNS – Mischief by illegal usage or false grievance
- Section 77 IT Act – Protection of intermediaries
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 – Data voluntarily submitted
8. Final Binding Clause
You declare that:
- You take 100% responsibility for any service issues, disputes, or damages.
- You shall not name, report, or accuse EliteDigitalMart.online in any forum, online or offline.
- You use all services at your own risk, and with full knowledge of reseller-based delivery.
