1. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital and non-reversible nature of services coordinated through EliteDigitalMart.online, we do not offer refunds once an order has been assigned to a reseller or delivered in any form.

A refund may only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

• The service was never delivered (no login credentials, no access, no activation);
• A formal complaint is submitted within 72 hours of payment;
• The reseller or vendor confirms non-delivery;
• You have not accessed or attempted to use any provided service.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under any of the following:

• Delay caused by reseller response times
• Account bans or restrictions after delivery
• User dissatisfaction with features or limitations
• Platform updates or pricing changes
• Breach of terms, misuse, or sharing of login details
• Use of incorrect email or contact info during order

Once a service is assigned, generated, or delivered — regardless of outcome — the payment is final and non-reversible.

3. Responsibility of Buyers

By purchasing from our platform, you agree that:

• You are fully responsible for ensuring the legality, usage, and compatibility of any service;
• You shall not initiate any chargeback, dispute, or reversal via your payment provider;
• Any false claim or attempt to defame EliteDigitalMart.online will result in a ₹10 lakh penalty;
• You waive your rights under any Consumer Protection, RTI, or public grievance act;
• You acknowledge and accept that EliteDigitalMart.online does not own or sell any service.

4. Fraud Protection & Penalty

If a buyer attempts:

• Unauthorized chargebacks
• Payment gateway fraud
• False reports to law enforcement or third parties

They agree to be liable for:

• ₹10,00,000 minimum compensatory damage
• Legal proceedings under IPC 420 (cheating), 499 (defamation)
• Civil action under Indian Contract Act, IT Act, and BNS

5. Final Decision

EliteDigitalMart.online holds full and final discretion on refund eligibility.

No decision can be appealed, contested, or externally arbitrated.

You waive your right to approach consumer court, cyber cell, or law enforcement.
